Well service R&D
Join the team
Our team of Ter Bron is grabbing the bull by the horns and flipping the script on well closure and repurposing. The Mantis is willed into existence to empower operators sealing the past while helping pave the way for a geothermal future. We're working with top-tier operators, giving them the superpowers of the Mantis. By fostering a culture of curiosity and drive, we're crafting an advanced hydraulic workover with the objective to minimize footprint, automate the process, and eliminate the need for people to work atop the well.
Bringing a positive attitude to challenges is highly valued. It drives our creativity and fuels our productivity. We're building an inclusive, diverse, supportive culture because we understand that diverse perspectives lead to breakthroughs.
Ready to make a splash? Ter Bron is where you belong. There are millions of wells to be handled. Let's shake things up together, one well at a time.
About the role
We're on the hunt for a true maverick to join us as a Well Service R&D. If you live for challenges, can think on your feet, and lead from the front, this is your arena. You'll work with our killer team of hydraulic, well service, hseq, automation, and mechanical engineers.
Ter Bron has some exciting field pilots on the horizon in continental Europe, and we need a Top Gun to catapult the Mantis into a massive success. You’ll start things off by testing, assembling, and fine-tuning at our production facility in Emmen, with the full backing of our ace engineering team. Initially, we’ll work towards several field pilots, make them a smashing success, then return to refine our approach.
Here's the kicker: This role can either evolve into full rotation work with the Mantis, ensuring field continuity, or you can choose to pursue a career focused on new developments.
