About the role

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial governance, reporting, and analysis. As a Financial Controller Intern, you will work closely with our experienced financial controllers to support various financial operations and contribute to the development of best practices in financial governance.

Requirements

    - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
    - Support internal and external audits with documentation and reports.
    - Collaborate with various departments to maintain financial governance standards.
    - Prepare and analyze financial statements.
    - Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    - Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate data analysis.
    - Utilize financial software to collect and interpret data.
    - Prepare financial models and projections.
    - Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
    - Identify opportunities for process improvements.

About you

    - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
    - Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    - Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
    - Progressive mindset and exploring possibilities with AI
